We sincerely apologize for the paint scratches on the handlebar and for not informing you sooner about the shipping delay. We understand how frustrating that must have been, and we appreciate your patience and understanding throughout the process.
As for the app issue, please don't worry. Just send us a message describing the problem (or a screenshot if possible), and our support team will help you get it resolved as quickly as possible.
Thank you again for your trust, your patience, and your kind words. We hope you enjoy many wonderful rides on your Spadz!
