Cavet is designed for one rider only, while the Cavet Air model can accommodate one passenger alongside the rider.

Moet ik de batterij volledig leeg laten lopen voordat ik hem oplaad?
Nee. Bij veel batterijen is dit de voorkeur, maar al onze batterijen zijn hightechbatterijen en hebben ingebouwde mechanismen die de batterij beschermen tegen overladen.

How can I clean my A-Spadz bike?
Maak uw A-Spadz-fiets schoon zoals u een gewone fiets schoonmaakt. De accu kan tegen water, maar het is aan te raden de accu te verwijderen voordat u uw A-Spadz-fiets afspuit.

Hoe lang duurt het om de batterij op te laden?
Het duurt doorgaans 6 tot 9 uur om de batterij van leeg naar vol op te laden.

Modificaties van A-Spadz E-bikes
While our riders are free to modify their e-bike and make it their own, certain modifications could be dangerous and could void the warranty.
Non-bicycle components such as tires and after-market motors, put much more stress on the mechanical and electrical components than they were designed for.
Please keep in mind that any modifications to the electrical system of our e-bikes, such as after-market batteries, motors, throttles, controllers, and headlights will void the warranty as they can affect the performance and the behavior of the bike.

Hoe kan ik mijn fiets monteren?
De fiets is voor 95% gemonteerd, volg de montage-instructies die bij de fiets zijn geleverd. U kunt alle instructies en video's ook op onze website vinden. Wij raden echter over het algemeen aan om uw e-bike te laten monteren bij een erkende A-Spadz-dealer of een professionele fietsenwinkel in de buurt.

Does Cavet Air have a dedicated after-sales repair center?
We hebben connecties met lokale aftersales servicecentra. Klanten kunnen daar terecht voor reparaties als het probleem binnen de garantieperiode valt.

We are unable to modify or change an order once it has been placed. If you need to make any adjustments, you may cancel your order (as long as it falls within our Cancellation Policy) and then place a new order with the correct information.

Our products are designed in the United States, with our own patented frames, lights, etc. We can configure some personalized peripheral products to extend customer stickiness and dealer profits. In addition, the products use high-specification configuration and painting to ensure that the quality and appearance are very attractive.

Suggested Storage Conditions
All of our e-bikes are weather resistant to minimal weather conditions. We generally advise against exposure to extreme weather conditions that may cause extra strain on the battery/motor and protect all other electrical components. We recommend storing indoors, safely away from the elements when the bike is not in use.
Storing the Lithium Battery Do not store the bike for more than 24 hours with an empty battery. This prevents a deep discharge which may permanently affect the battery's performance. Charge the battery and use the bike at least once every 90 days.
If the charger has been exposed to improper storage conditions, i.e. water submersion, safely store and dispose of your charger immediately through a proper hazardous e-waste facility. Do not attempt to use the battery.

Where Can I Test Ride an A-Spadz?
You may test-ride our e-bikes at any of our dealers. We recommended calling ahead to see which models are available for demos at each Dealer location; we cannot guarantee that our Dealers will have the available inventory.

Do I Need a License and/or Registration For My A-Spadz?
You do not need to register your e-bike, nor obtain a special permit, or have a license to ride your A-Spadz e-bike.
Our e-bikes are EPAC certified; A-Spadz electric bicycles purchased and sold for use in Europe have been tested, certified, and are conforming to security requirements of EPAC (Electric Power Assisted Cycle) according to EN 15194.
We strongly recommend you to always stay up-to-date with the laws and regulations in your country.
