1.A-Spadz electric bikes and accessories are primarily shipped to Europe.
A.The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:
• Processing time: 1 Business Days (Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays will be processed on the next business day.).
After processing, you will receive an automated email with your tracking details.
• Shipping time: 5-10 Business Days.
B. Shipping fee:
For bike:
Free shipping: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Finland, Sweden
*Free shipping does not apply to islands or remote areas.
** Please note that tariffs of these areas are the A-Spadz's responsibility.
Below areas will have extra shipping cost, calculated on per bike:
The UK: €40 per bike
Switzerland: €60 per bike
Norway: €100 per bike
*Please note that VAT and customs clearance fees of these three regions are the customer's responsibility.
For accessories, shipping within the mentioned European countries is free of charge.
For other European countries not explicitly mentioned (e.g. Bulgaria, Romania, Slovakia, Greece, etc.), are not able to deliver.
For international customers (e.g., Canada, the USA), please visit the respective international websites to place your order and comply with local import and usage regulations.
2.Shipping Carriers and Signatures Required A-Spadz primarily uses trusted carriers such as Cargo International / DSV / Raben / Myparcel for shipping. Due to the high value of electric bicycles, the shipping carrier is instructed to obtain a signature before delivery and should not leave packages unattended.
3.Shipping issues Delayed or Missing Packages
If your package doesn’t arrive within the estimated shipping time or any items are missing, contact our support team at contact@aspadz.com within a week of the estimated delivery date.
Returned Packages
If your package is returned to the sender, we’ll investigate right away. We need to confirm it has been returned to our overseas warehouse before we can re-ship it to you. Please note that if your package is returned because it wasn’t picked up on time or the address was incorrect, we may charge extra for redelivery or processing a refund.
Tracking Says Delivered, But No Package
Please email contact@aspadz.com within 3 business days of the notification with your order details. We’ll help start an investigation with the shipping provider. If the issue isn’t reported within 3 business days, the shipping provider won’t be able to investigate or compensate for the lost package. 4.Address Changes and Refused Shipments We do not change addresses on any order. If you have made a mistake the order will need to be canceled, refused or return to sender, and we will charge the corresponding fee. Once we receive the item or items back we will refund you in 3-5 business days.
If you refuse delivery of an order that you asked us to ship to you, we reserve the right to charge a flat fee of €150 per ebike to partially cover our shipping costs. If you refuse delivery, we will treat your order as a return if it arrives back to us and issue a refund for the purchase price via your original payment method, less €150. 5.Other Considerations Orders that include discounted items may require additional processing time.
Due to shipping restrictions on lithium-ion batteries, A-Spadz cannot offer expedited shipping services.
For any third-party shipping, A-Spadz is unable to provide additional shipping information or documentation.
