Return Policy--Returns, Refunds and Restocking Fees
A-Spadz is committed to providing you with excellent products and services, and we have established a detailed return policy to ensure your rights are fully protected. Please read the following carefully to understand our return process, conditions, and related regulations.
1.Unreceived Items – Cancellation and Return Policy Before Shipment:
If the order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it, but a 3% payment processing fee will be applied. Please note that if the carrier information shows "Not Picked Up" but tracking exists, the item is considered shipped. In such cases, refer to the "After Shipment" return policy below.
After Shipment:
If you cancel or refuse the order after it has been shipped, you will be responsible for both the outbound and return shipping costs, even for "free shipping" orders. Unfortunately, we cannot intercept or cancel orders that have already been processed and sent to the warehouse. We appreciate your understanding.
Important Reminder:
Do not refuse delivery of accessories or battery packages, as these items will be destroyed and are non-refundable.
2.Received Items – Return Policy From the day you receive the product, you have 14 days to decide whether to keep it. Within this 14-day window, you may request a return if you are dissatisfied with the product or encounter any quality issues (excluding batteries).. 3.Return Conditions A. Product: Returned items must be in brand new and unused condition, with no damage or use by human factors .
B. Packaging Integrity: Returned items must include all original packaging materials, accessories, manuals, and any promotional items. The packaging box for large items like electric bicycles must be intact, with no damage or deformation.
C. If a serious defect is identified and evidence is provided, A-spadz will cover all return/exchange costs, including shipping fees. You can report the issue by submitting images or videos via email.
Our warranty policy takes effect upon receipt of the product. For minor defects, we will send replacement parts to the customer free of charge, with shipping costs covered by A-Spadz. If the bike is repaired at a local shop, we will reimburse the repair costs. 4.Return Process A.Submit Return Request: Please submit your return request through the return channel on the A-Spadz official website or by sending an email to [email address]. In the email, please include your order number, reason for return, and contact information.
B.Review Return Request: Our customer service team will review your return request as soon as possible after receiving it. If your return request meets the conditions, we will send you a return authorization and the return address.
C.Prepare Return Items: After receiving the return authorization, please package the items as required, ensuring that all accessories and original packaging materials are included. Be sure to check that the items meet the return conditions mentioned above.
D.Choose Return Method:You can choose to use the return shipping label we provide (if applicable) for the return, or you can arrange the return shipping yourself. Please note that in either case, the return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
E.Send Return Items:Ensure that the return items are well protected during transit to avoid damage. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for the return items to cover any loss or damage that may occur during shipping.
5.Return Shipping Cost You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item(excluding batteries). Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please review below for return shipping fees for each item type:
A.Electric bicycle and large accessories: €149/per
B.Accessory:€25 (per shipment/shipping label).
For example:
if you are returning 2 accessories in one shipment on June 1, you will be charged €25. If you return 2 accessories on June 1 and then return 1 accessory on June 15, you will be charged €25 for each shipment, for a total of €50.
Please note that if you choose to use the return shipping label we provide, the return shipping cost will be directly deducted from your refund amount. 6.Refund Policy 1.Once our warehouse has received the returned product(s) and checked to confirm it meets our return condition, we will deduct any applicable fee and send the remaining refund according to the customer's original payment method.
2.Customers are encouraged to check with their credit card company and/or bank if the refund has not been posted on the account after two days it has been issued. Delays may occur due to the different fund transfer procedures in different financial institutions. 7.Restocking Fees For certain returned items, we may charge a restocking fee to compensate for the cost losses incurred from the return. The specific restocking fee standards are as follows:
Brand new items with no quality issues: A restocking fee of 10%-30% of the original purchase price may be charged, depending on the type and condition of the item.
Please note that the restocking fee will be directly deducted from your refund amount. 8.Non-Returnable Merchandise 1.Battery. Due to DOT restrictions, battery purchases are non-returnable. High-capacity lithium-ion battery shipping restrictions prohibit consumer's ability to return batteries via shipping carriers.
2.Special Items: Certain special items (such as gift cards, customized products, etc.)
3.Any modified items.
4.Items with scratches on the frame, damage with ebike painting, surface scratches, removed display protective film, or installation marks on accessories. 9.Refuse Shipping and Return If you refuse delivery of an order that you asked us to ship to you, or if the order is returned due to delivery issues, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees. Additionally, please contact us before refusing or returning the order so we can handle the matter promptly. 10.Return Notes Please carefully check the item to ensure it meet the return conditions before initiating a return to avoid rejection of your return request due to non-compliance. During the return process, please keep communicating with our customer service team to address any potential issues promptly.
We reserve the right to inspect returned items to ensure they meet the return conditions. If we find that the items are damaged, missing accessories, or do not meet the return conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return or deduct appropriate fees.
